This shoe is brand new it comes with box and extra laces. It is a size 9 and has no scuffs and the bottoms are clean. The suede/leather is still in great condition. hardly any signs of wear and the shoe still has the brand new smell. Boxes are in good condition as well. Shoe fits great and is very comfortable. I also have this shoe in size 12 11 10 9 8
